Therapeutic Specialties:

Life-cycle transitions, relationship wellness, multicultural families and couples, coping with life-long illness, grief and loss.

Therapeutic Approach:

I believe the key to finding oneself is through the lenses of one’s circumstances and relationships. Using a collaborative approach, I strive to afford my clients the opportunity to improve their lives and relationships through awareness, self-discovery, and compassion. In co-creating a space for healing to occur, I invite my clients to discover their preferred vision for themselves/relationships and new ways of feeling better about life varying experiences.

My proudest accomplishment as therapist:

Collaborating with a client as a partner in the change process and co-creating a conversational space for self-discovery and growth; a space where hope and new possibilities can flourish.

What inspired me to become a therapist:

A curiosity to understand the emotional struggles of human relationships, and the awareness that relationships matter and that we improve lives by improving relationships.

What I know for sure:

All things are connected: to be in a relationship is to be in something larger than oneself.
But it's also true that the person who risks nothing, does nothing; has nothing. All we know about the future is that it will be different. But, perhaps what we fear is that it will be the same. So, we must celebrate the changes. Because, as someone once said
