Using a collaborative approach, I strive to afford my clients the opportunity to improve their lives and relationships through awareness, self-discovery, and compassion. In co-creating a space for healing to occur, I invite my clients to discover their preferred vision for themselves/relationships and new ways of feeling better about life varying experiences.
My proudest accomplishment as therapist:
Collaborating with a client as a partner in the change process and co-creating a conversational space for self-discovery and growth; a space where hope and new possibilities can flourish.
What inspired me to become a therapist:
A curiosity to understand the emotional struggles of human relationships, and the awareness that relationships matter and that we improve lives by improving relationships.
