ABOUT THERAPY

About Therapy

At some point in life we all get stuck! Fear, addiction, depression, anxiety, and situational obstacles are just some of the most common challenges we can face.

Talk therapy provides an opportunity to re-frame our struggles, re-focus on what is fulfilling and joyful, and build the life we were blocked from before. Therapy can be a life-changing experience.
Therapists are unbiased, trained to listen and provide proven therapeutic direction and treatment.
Here is a sampling of what our clients say about therapy.

Choosing a therapist

Every therapist brings to the couch a blend of his or her unique personality, approach , environment,  expertise, and academic background. The right therapeutic relationship can open new vistas of honesty, openness, awareness, clarity, empowerment and inspiration.

It is a good idea to try out a couple of therapists to see what style and approach works for you. Sometimes you know if a therapist is "the one" right away, but more often it takes a few sessions to get a true sense of what you can expect working with him or her.
