Therapeutic Approach:
Lasting transformation happens in a collaborative partnership. I meet my clients where they are, empowering them in their autonomy to courageously overcome their challenges.
My approach to treatment is integrative, utilizing techniques from various therapeutic theories including Emotions-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Solutions-Focused Therapy. I operate through a patient, compassionate, and empathetic approach. Healing requires time and trust. I do not shy away from reaching into the deeper places, and help my clients to trust the process.
What Has Inspired Me To Become A Therapist:
A passion to empower and inspire people to deeply know and function in their true self-worth. It’s a constant battle, but one we can all equip for.
My Proudest Accomplishment as a Therapist:
I feel pride at the start - when clients feel ready to embark on their healing journey. It’s an honor to simply embark on that journey together. It takes courage, vulnerability, and resilience. Through the process, when clients come to greater self-awareness, deeper insight, and feel empowered to act in their self-worth – well, that’s just the cherry on top of the cream!
What I Know For Sure:
We have all been given life and life to the full. If only we believe it. If only we access it.
